My coopers english bitter has gone flat in the barrel. It tastes fine just flat. I have no CO2 bubbles to re carb it either. Could I put some into some swing top bottles add a little sugar and a few grains of yeast to get some carbonation in time for Dads Birthday bash on Saturday Night.

I'm not sure that would work in time, also not sure everything would settle back out as you want either.

Hopefully I'm wrong though and it will be possible :thumb:

It is a nice pint flat Im just enjoying one while I watch the TT. In fact I think it's the best it's been. Wonder if I droped a small amount of bi carb in then shut the bottle quick :hmm: . Think im gonna do as you suggest Dave bottle it and serve it flat. Tell them its Real Ale
