I’ve read a few posts on here where there have been issues with the Bulldog Raja’s Reward, and in particular, stuck fermentation, and I think I may have the same issue. My brew has been going for 9 days now, and it’s still showing around 1016/1018 on the hydrometer, which I’m guessing is still a little high. Should I give it a stir and leave it for a few days or not? The brew doesn‘t appear to still be fermenting, but I can’t really tell. I’ve yet to add the hops, and don’t really want to do so until the final abv drops a little further, but I’d be grateful for any advice. Thanks, Gaz.
