Hi all wondering if anyone knows of an IPA kit that would be ready for drinking in 3ish weeks, I want to brew a beer for my mates big 40 but I think I may have missed the boat unless you geniuses come up with anything?
Thanks in advance

Three weeks is probably the minimum time needed to have a beer ready. Two weeks fermentation, then a week to condition and carbonate provided you can keep the fermentation warm enough (it is summer so no worry there really). Maybe aim for one that's about 5% and you should hopefully be alright. I've brewed beer and have been drinking them within three weeks. I don't kit brew so can't recommend any, but I'm sure any that aren't too strong would be okay to use.

Thanks mate I'll crack on then

yeah if you ferment at 22c and bottle at the same you should be ok in 3 weeks. 1 week ferment, 1 week bottle condition, 1 week lager. i would probably use US-05.

sorry not sure about what kit, never used one before. you could go simple 95% base malt and 5% crystal for an easy recipe.

I've pitched straight onto used yeast left in the FV and had very fast fermentations at about 21C. It's probably classed as overpitching but tasted fine to me.
