However, the report adds an appeal is likely to be launched by the side that loses this court battle – meaning a final decision may not happen until the end of NEXT SEASON (2025/26).
This is going to drag on and on the owners will pay for the best lawyers it will end in a slap on the wrist as many have predicted, even if we do get points deducted they will appeal as Everton did they won their appeal and get their 10 points reduced to six i am not worried in the least about the outcome of this.

Man City vs Premier League case ends as timeline for potential final decision revealed

The hearing into Manchester City’s 115 alleged Financial Fair Play (FFP) breaches has reportedly ended, but a final decision may be a long way away.

The Premier League’s allegations against Man City were announced in February 2023, with their alleged rule-breaking claimed to have taken place over 14 years.

City have strongly denied the charges and have been fighting their corner at London’s International Dispute Resolution Centre since proceedings got underway on September 16.

Now, fresh reports have claimed both the Citizens and the Premier League made their closing arguments last Friday and a three-man panel will consider the evidence before delivering a verdict in the ‘coming months’.

However, the report adds an appeal is likely to be launched by the side that loses this court battle – meaning a final decision may not happen until the end of NEXT SEASON (2025/26).

The way we have been playing i would not have put money on us beating Villa they are on a high and were above us before the game, Foden said in a recent interview confidence is at an all time low, its now down to Pep to turn it around.
So Foden said its down to Pep to turn the team around???
Did he take any of the blame himself?

Looks like Pep isn't the only one that needs to turn things around -

I don't mind you taking the piss out of our recent lack of forum and i have said myself its shocking the way we are playing at the moment but until we have been found guilty of any of the charges i would rather you didn't call us cheats in the forum.

Is that against the forum rules?????

You have been charged with breaking the rules, those that break rules usually are called cheaters.
You openly admit city have broken the rules and say it will be a slap on the wrist.

Or was it being called a plastic fan that hurt?

We have been charged but until proven guilty we are innocent you are calling us cheats which we are not.

I didn't say we have broken the rules I said if we are found guilty we will only get a slap on the wrist.

As for being a plastic fan in your world is every fan that doesn't go to games for whatever reason plastic?
I have reasons I don't go to games which I am not going to discuss here but I watch the majority of games on TV why does that make me a plastic fan in your eyes?

I agree on the plastic fan thing, i don't get to many Liverpool games these days but i used to standing the kop on a European night is heaven, i still buy merch which supports the club, so don't feel guilty

So when city get relegated to the vanarama all their 200,000 a week prima donnas will off to top clubs who don't cheat, lets face it city are as guilty as the day is long' come on Chippy even you must have dought's
