Hi i'm a new member to this fantastic forum and has decided to jump in with my first post after sitting on the side lines!
Brewdog has recently made it's appearance with it's Punk Ipa , I love the use of Nelson Sauvin in it and would like to clone it. They use Chinook, Simcoe , Athanum and Nelsin sauvin for hopping. I read some of the earlier posts regarding NS hops and it seems like the Marmite of the beer world,love it or hate it.
Please take a look at my recipe, I would like the Grape fruit arome from the chinook to come through as well but I have been warned that the NS can be very overpowering. I haven't been able to track any Athanum down so this will not be a perfect clone and done this beer in a more American IPA style.
Any critique will be very welcome, especially re my hop schedule!
