Hi All, I'm looking to put together my first recipe for a 3.8l all grain batch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this is what I've got so far:
Grain
650g Maris Otter
50g crystal (50L)
40g pale chocolate
Hops
Challenger (8.5AA) 4g@60
2g@15
Yeast
Safale S-04 half packet
60 minute mash @ ~65C
60 minute boil
Ferment @~20C for 2 weeks then take hydrometer readings.
Predicted OG/FG 1.043/1.010
