Looks like a lot of work, but then I'm supping slightly warm beer out of a keg, rather than chilled beer out of the fridge.. :)

I have a bottle tree and little bottler on my christmas wish list :)

From what I've read winter is the best time to be brewing lagers, and it's lagers I seriously can't face warm, so I see me brewing a couple of lagers through January and gettinng bottled ready for summer :)

Just got to find one I like now.
