Brewed a pilsner lager. Fermented at 12c for 2 weeks then moved to a secondary fv and it's been sitting in the fridge at 2c for 6 weeks. I'm going to bottle soon but need a little advise on batch priming it. Can you add sugars at such a low temp? Or should I let it warm up before priming and bottleing? :wha:
Any advice would be a great help. It's my first lager and man is there alot of faffing about to do it! ;)

Not really. I'd bring the beer out of the fridge and let sit at room temperature for a day before priming. Batch prime in the normal way, I use 140g sugar/glucose for 23L and I also add a small amount of yeast, although I don't know if that is necessary, and then condition the bottles at 12-14C, sample along the way :drink: , but try and keep most of it 6 weeks before drinking and I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.
