Pressure Keg question

Hi All

Just about ready to Keg my first kit ale into a wilkinsons keg.
The cap says "lubricate seal before use"
Daft question here but what do i use to lubricate?
No rude replies please

A small amount of Vaseline all over the rubber washer. It helps it to sit in place properly and create the seal.
remember all you are doing is lubricating the washer, not trying to seal the keg with vaseline.
