Hi all,
I just purchased "Mangrove Jacks Craft Series 32 Pints Brut IPA", beer kit and wondering what temperature I can ferment at. The site says its a M20 Bavarian Yeast and on this site, it has:
MANGROVE JACK BAVARIAN WHEAT
Type: Dry
Flocculation: Low
Attenuation: Medium
Temperature: 59-86°F, 15-30°C
Flavor: Lots of classic banana and clove esters, balanced with clove and cinnamon-like phenolic aromas.
Is this the same yeast and therefore can I ferment at the top end of those temperatures?
I typically go to 25 celsius but I'd be keen to go higher if this is a more resilient yeast.
