Pressure fermenter float

I have a Keg King pressure fermenter, the floating ball broke off from the connector.
I repaired with hit gkue, all worked fine, got a few pints out but now it doesnt work as the inlet tube is lying above the liquid....

Has anyone else repaired this successfully?

No, best to replace the ball. I have spare's here but postage may be a bit much.
