Mixed feelings as I finish the last of the best kit I did before starting all-grain. Brewed back in the Spring, this is Woodford's Wherry brewed to 21.5L, extra Gervin Ale Yeast and dry hopped for about 5 days in secondary with 40g EKG pellets. I've got another kit of this sat in the shed. Maybe I will do it one day!

My drink tonight with my missus, at the left a nice mild and at the right a weizen
:drunk:

This was my first ever home brew and im quite chuffed with it now... Coopers Lager as I got the starter kit for Christmas. Must admit its took a good 3-4 weeks in the bottle to become really smooth and drinkable but for just using one can and brew enhancer #1 its turned out alright!

Now, time to enjoy and wait for my second kit to ferment then bottle.... Bulldogs Four Finger Jack.

Simply Simcoe.

Coming together nicely now

Edit: I quite like the detail of the bubbles in that photo... conversely, the detail seems to show stray hairs!
