Pointless logo

I was bored and for a bit of fun I thought I'd come up with a brewery name and logo. I have no intention of selling any beer but if something is fun to do then do it I say..

Brewery:
Brewery 7. (because my birthday is 07/07)

possible beer names:
7 bells - has to be a strong one
49 ronin - maybe some japanese twist?
7th wave - ?
Best of luck - best

What do you think? Can you give me any more names?
