Pipe fittings

Hi
I have ordered a 50 litre stockpot and was wondering if its possible to find a tank fitting or something similar with a thread on the inside of the tank. I have drilled the inside of the tank connector on my mash tun so I can just push in my grain filter, but I thought the boil would be more violent and maybe dislodge the filter.
Any suggestions as plumbing is definitely not my strong point.

there should be no problem with a drilled through tank connector. Though if I could get my mits on stuff like this.

you could make something similar with 2 back nuts and a nipple ( thats what they are called)

My hop filter is just push in, never had a problem yet :pray:
