Pineapple not clearing

4l pineapple juice 1kg sugar and it wont clear i put bentonite in it is it because its pineapple juice and it is cloudy anyway?

When did you start it? Did you add pectolase? Bentonite will help drop sediment but if you haven't put in pectolase then you most likely have a pectin haze.

i had a cloudy rhubarb and i used kwik clear 2 part liquid finings, 24 hours later it was crystal clear

Yep 2 part finings cleared up my stubborn plum wine I thought was pectin haze so worth a shot.
