What was it does to fermenting at? I've a feeling that's a Weihenstephan strain like W-34/70 or similar in which case you might well be oktemp risen to 19c

I've never found my usual 20 or so bottles much aggro at all... But 80 bottles?!?! Flippin' 'eck!
80 bottles would look a lot neater in 2 corny kegs you know.
