ph water for starsan

I have a bottle of water its ph is 7.2
it goes cloudy when I had the starsan
so what ph is best

pH 3 or below is recommended.
I use Tesco Ashbeck water.

I use distilled water. Lasts for months in my spray bottle.

It's not the pH of the water, it's the level of alkalinity in it (resistance to being turned acidic) that's the issue. I have hard water which is pH neutral but has a high level of alkalinity. I still use Star San, I just use a bit more of it than someone with soft water would (e.g. when it says 1oz per 3-5 gallons, I take that as being more 3 gallons for my water).

Same. I tend to use Tesco ashbeck water, even after it goes cloudy it tends to last for another couple of months.
