I was off on Thursday so I phoned them then and left a message.

Its hard to phone them during work time.

I tried loads of times but it always go through to the answer phone.

I don't use Facebook, but I'll see if I can access their site

Update:

Dropped geterbrewed a message on twitter last night. Then coincidentally got an email back today.

Asked a few questions via email and the guy from Peco got involved. Double teamed me.

Offered a new element. Told him he sent me one a day ago and we all had a laugh.

Asked about warranty and the element is a user serviceable part.

Currently have the boiler with 15 l of water in it and a new element in place, seeing if it's better.

All is good with the world of e commerce.

Thanks for all the input peeps

Hi Guys, Sorry to join this thread late on but I haven't had much free time to jump onto the forum recently, in relation to the PECO boiler issue it is my understanding that this has been resolved by the manufacturer and we were copied into the emails. We take pride in providing first class customer service, in this case I was late in responding to an email we received until prompted on twitter, hands up it wasn't my quickest response 5 days!! The issue was a manufacturing problem but it was promptly resolved by them

My team and I are dedicated to leading the way with first class customer service but on occasion when it gets chaotic busy we may let the odd email slip through. The good news is we are busy and growing at a crazy rate which means better value for you guys, we hope you see this as a one off

Thanks for all your support we really appreciate it

Jonathan

It has been sorted via email.

Sh*t happens as they say.

I'll defo use you again and the Freebie email this morning was completely unexpected and much appreciated. :-)
