Pecan stout - 6.2% (possibly 2 or 3 weeks away from fully bottle conditioned)
Papazian recipe tweaked - 4.3% (volume 3 of The Joy of Homebrewing - Whitey's Gone Fishin' Pale Ale. I used Summit for bittering, Citra and Summit for flavour, Chinook for aroma)
Dos Equis clone - 5.8% (recipe is a gold medal winner from the 1997 book 'Home Brewer's Gold')
All are extract brews and bottled in 450ml swing top bottles.
Anyone interested in a swap, let me know.
