Pecan stout - 6.2% (possibly 2 or 3 weeks away from fully bottle conditioned)
Papazian recipe tweaked - 4.3% (volume 3 of The Joy of Homebrewing - ******'s Gone Fishin' Pale Ale. I used Summit for bittering, Citra and Summit for flavour, Chinook for aroma)
Dos Equis clone - 5.8% (recipe is a gold medal winner from the 1997 book 'Home Brewer's Gold')

All are extract brews and bottled in 450ml swing top bottles.

Anyone interested in a swap, let me know.

I wouldn't mind trying the pecan stout or the pale ale if you fancy a swap.
I have a wet hopped pale ale with home grown cascade at 4.3% that's ready to drink, or an AIPA that will have a big galaxy & nelson sauvin dry hop that'd be ready to send in 2-3 weeks.
acheers.

PS - never heard of Dos Equis, what is it?

Dos Equis is a Mexican beer. However, unlike Corona it's actually drinkable.
I like the sound of both of those so, yeah, let's get swapping athumb..

I'd be interested in trying the Pecan Stout.
I have a Chiron (Thornbrige clone pale at 4.2%) or in a couple of weeks a vanilla mild based around Twisted Barrels Beast of a Midlands mild around 4.2%, both from the recent CAMRA homebrewing book.

Hi Ben
I've been to the Thornbridge micro brewery so I'm pretty sure I've tried the Chiron. I like the sound of the Twisted Barrel beer though. I'd be up for trying that. I'll let you know how the pecan is coming along as I will be having a taste test this weekend.

Good news boys! I have tried the pecan stout and it tastes pretty effing good, in my humble opinion. I think y'all will like it. Let's get swapping.
