Hows your's doing now chris?.....good recipe you put up, have doen some more since last post, but 1 gallon went bad on me....into the compost it went, but this is a regular wine for me!!!

Anymore recipes like this have you!!

This is one I've made from tinned peaches that turned out ok (you could add some sultanas or raisins to this). I can remember that it needed a little back sweetening for me and was better after 2 -3 months in the bottle.

Peach and Apple 23l

12 cans Tesco peaches in light syrup
5l Tesco apple juice
4.5k.g. approx dextrose
4 teabag tea
3 tsp citric acid
3 tsp pectolase
Campden tablet
Wilko yeast.

Blended fruit, pectolase, campden tab and citric acid in bucket with lid and left overnight.

Ingredients into fv topped up with water.
