Started a gallon off today, cj berry recipe, but instead of using grape tannin I used 10oz of chopped sultanas.
Decided to use ritchies desert/ aperetife yeast as I've been having good results with it.
Trouble is it's already going like a train, definitely going to boil over!
See how it goes, I suppose.

excellent, the good life was a great prog :lol:

vassili let us know how it turns out, I've got that book too its a good one.

If you do the 1 gallon apple wine recipe in there I recommend you add an extra half kilo of sugar as it comes out sooo dry :thumb:
 
Thanks for that! We're going to make a few gallons as I'm almost definitely not going to make cider this year.
The comment about the good life brought back good memories so I bought the boxed set.
