How does this look, open to suggestions, brewing in the morning ignore yeast i am using hog norst

That looks like an easy drinking pale ale.
With German malts and British hops and yeast, only the name of the style looks incorrect. Not much American about this recipe. 😉

If anything, I'd suggest swapping the 15g challenger with 15g of EKG, so:
30g target @60
15g challenger @15
10g EKG @15
15g EKG @ 5

I'm a fan of challenger even as a finishing hop, however if suggest you'll get most from the EKG as your late hop. Just a thought. athumb..
 
Hi Cushsy i dont really stick to guides, i mainly go off the GU BU values i also am a big fan of challenger i have a 100g of citra but if i am honest i have had enough of them i will use them in summat athumb..
