Mashing a brew tonight and now have some questions
from reading on here it seems like 10 degree heat loss is about right so what temp to sparge at in the morning .
its going to be wrapped up as well as poss but what if it loses say 30 degrees what temp to sparge at for that possibility.

81.3% Maris Otter Malt
8.13% Wheat Malt

1.3 g/L Challenger (6.1% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
2.1 g/L Cascade (7.8% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
1.1 g/L Fuggles (5.7% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop)
Single step Infusion at 66°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes
Fermented at 20°C with
Notes: over night mash starting at 66 c
sparge temp
60 mins boil hard
cool to very cold and let settle for min 30 mins 1 hour if poss.
warm back up to 18C and pitch yeast .
