over shot my og what can i do

think i may have over boiled my porter it was to have a og of 1049 but is 1060 and don't want this beer to be a knock out beer can i put some cooled boiled water in to bring it down and if so how much

Yes, you can add water - plenty of calculators online for this.

Personly id be happy with the 1060 :thumb:

its for a comp so it wont do to well at 6.5 or so but if it was not well :whistle:
