If my memory serves I think OSH is both fruity and dry. That makes me think you should use two yeasts - my thoughts would be something like :-

Danstar Windsor and Nottingham or
Fermentis 04 and us05

Or maybe mangrove jacks northern dark (I think it's called) on its own.

A really interesting one would be Windsor and saflager s23 which happily ferments at 18c.

If you splash out on a liquid yeast I believe you'd get a better beer. I've seen various recommendations for OSH. White Labs WLP023 or WLP005, Wyeast 1028, 1084 or 1275.

It costs more but you can harvest enough yeast for another three brews usually.

Go to be honest with you, I really like those liquid yeasts, the smell off of my very young wlp400 is amazing already!
I would just like it to be a reasonably close match, as it's a birthday present for my father in law who is a huge osh fan.

I'd go for WLP023 or Wyeast 1275. Going by what I have read.

I brewed a beautiful old speckled hen recently, used Nottingham. Delicious
