I saw that the guy should never be allowed to be a instructor again and the worse thing is when caught she had done nothing wrong so would probably have passed her test.

The instructor was female the report states,would have expected it to be male myself.don't ask me why though

Nope,it clearly says at the end of the report that SHE was reported to the driver and vehicle standards agency and will have to supply an mot and insurance details at another date

No i assume like a breakdown if you do not finish the test in the allotted time you will fail, i am sure when she takes the test again allowances will be made if she makes a small mistake but of course we will never know.
