One can kits - how much sugar is there in them?

I've looked on my cans of coopers and it doesn't give you any info.
A can plus one kilo of sugar is supposed to give you 4% ish.
This calculator http://www.hotsaucedepot.com/Calculators-C108.aspx that LB put on another thread would indicate that it is around 350g per can, does that sound right?

about the same as 1.7kg of liquid malt extract. the only other addition is hops, and it's isometrized ususally, so very minimal space.

you can expect a gravity of 1.022 or 2.1% ABV in a 23L batch from a single tin, according to beersmith.

that's about 1.3kg of pure sugar. but remember it's complex malt sugar, not white sugar that ferments dry :
