250g Carapils
Mash at 66C for 90 mins
1kg Demerara sugar added half way through the 90 min boil
50g Magnum whole hops 11% aa 90 minute boil
50g Bobek whole hops 5.2% aa last 15 min of boil
100g Styrian Goldings hot soak @ 80C
Mash liquor is heating
