Thanks mate. I will take that. Good luck with brew. I used RO and adjusted it up to dublin profile. I know pointless but did it anyway. Then i pressure fermented in fermzilla at 12 to 15 psi. Cold crashed at 25psi to carbonate. Bottled counter pressure straight from fermzilla
