just racked 2 of my meads (both tasting good (bit yeasty)) but just cracked a bottle of my IPA (first ale attempt) and it is fab: quite hoppy not to malty but still quite sweet. i know not the most interesting post but there's a five mile smile on my face tonight and had to share my joy :drink:
