Will Do. I did a basic recipe pils today, but ran the hot wort through a hop back full of saaz on it's way to the pressure fermentor. I have no temp control so I'm hoping that the saaz will mask some of the flavours I encounter from summer ferments.

Every brew Is an experiment in summer for me.
