I use a steradent tablet type of cleaner for my soup flask, so would i be ok using them for steralising my DJ`s ?

Don't see why not as long as you rinse it properly, I once heard that some of the chemicals can taint your plastic and apparently even glass, don't know how much truth there is to this though.

If it's a glass vessel I'd use anything on it, but you need to be careful if you're using plastic, it can absorb chemicals and might even start to melt (OK I'm exaggerating that last bitlol).

A lot of people on here just use diluted bleach, if your DJ is pretty clean then it's the cheapest option as you don't need to "clean" just sterilise and the homebrew "Sterilisers & Cleaning" solutions are quite expensive. Again though I wouldn't use bleach on plastic.

I've had no problems with Bleach and Plastic, used it for years without any detriment.

Yeah I never really thought that through, bleach is just chlorine which is what's in city water anyway.

Should be fine on plastic as long as you rinse it well.
