I'm particularly fond of Wheat-beer, in fact other than Guinness its my favourite brew. I think I'm at the conclusion that the clownishness I can deal with and the red wines already have enough sulfides to preclude adding more. I bottled one of my California Connoisseur Rioja DJs the first of 5 last night, and I'm not that happy with the strange but drinkable taste. Im going to bottle the second one because I remember seeing a fine dust hair in one of them when racking 2nd time, and one of them tasted different after that rack 20 days ago. So I'm hoping its just this one that's got an off taste. I still might drink it anyway :sick:
