You will have to change your hop charges or you will end up with too much bitterness, although you can get used to that, best method I have found is the argon method for no chill hopping. Also better off using heavy duty cubes if you can get them.

Not necessarily. I just pass my wort through a sieve on it's way into the no-chill FV to seive the hops out. I just follow a recipe as per you would if you were using a chiller
Although I used to use the 'Argon' method and it works well
