I am also looking at these. Thought they would be handy to take in the caravan.

My carbon steel pan and an induction hob is proving OK for a focaccha yesterday which is going down at treat with a cascade summer ale.

I have a Weber Kettle and a Kamado and when these first came out as a dedicated charcoal enthusiast I thought gimmick but they seem to have been embraced by the UK BBQ community and I'm now thinking maybe it might be a nice addition. Simplifies a mid week cook or if you want something quick. I'll probably wait until winter / Black Friday to get one, the XL connect looks great.

Even though I like charcoal I'm now also looking at gas griddles to do smash burgers, outdoor breakfasts, and many other things. Can't have enough options

I have to say I am out. I have a stunning carbon steel fry pan and that, and an induction hob have covered well, what I needed (thought I needed) it for.

Apologies I'd seen Ninja woodfire and smoke in the title of the topic and hadn't realised you were talking about a pizza oven rather than the Ninja woodfire grill and smoker
