Nimmo my local brewery at Castle Eden was taken over in 1966 and they stopped making this now legendary ale (Whitbread took over)
does anyone have a recipe for it or can suggest a recipe to get somewhere near? i presume Camerons got the recipe when Castle Eden closed altogether.

I would contact the brewery. Even though they have been taken over they will probably still have archives.
