Nightmare neighbours

I told the council that today, but it's no lie, they are crazy fools, I sometimes wander if it's because I live in a celtic house and they're all rangers fans, I wouldn't be surprised at all if that was why they were like that

"Early to bed, early to rise" right? I bet if your neighbors are up late at night, they value their morning lie-ins. Set the timers and make a massive racket really early in the morning. Drill a few holes in the ceiling at 5am, fill them, then drill some more...
