My next brew is going to be a saison, but a question for the masses

I have about 500gm of strawberries in the freezer, if I do a simple saison using a delicate hop and add the strawbs mashed up at the start of fermentation, do you think I would get any colour or taste in the final brew? Or will the yeast brutalise everything as it always does?

Strawberry saison


As per previous post, I did the strawberry saison beginning of last week.

2kg Maris Otter
1kg wheat malt

15l mash at 68c for 60mins with a 5l rinse sparge
Leaving 18l wort for a 30 minute boil and 15l in the FV.


Hops
20gm EKG@ 30 mins
20gm EKG@ 5 mins
500gm strawberry @ 5 mins

Yeast:
Belle saison

OG 1.044 which is exactly on target and BF reckons it should end up about 5%, 23ibu
This is what it looked like in bottling day. The strawberry looked absolutely minging as they had a good layer of yeast / krausen stuck over them hahaha

Feeling the love for citra again, so banging on a new year banger beer

3.5kg Maris Otter
Handful of medium crystal
Small handful of roasted barley

18l mash at 68c for 60mins with a 4l rinse sparge
Leaving 20l wort for a 60 minute boil and 16l in the FV.

10gm centennial@ 15 mins
10gm citra@ 15 mins
20gm centennial @ 5 mins
30gm citra@ 5 mins

Yeast:
Verdant IPA from the previous brew

OG 1.044 which is more or less right and BF reckons it should end up about 4.5%, 33ibu and 15srm (ish.... As I forgot my scales when weighing out so it's approximate)
 
as i said - forgot my scales and literally couldnt be bothered to walk back to the kitchen. i kinda know what 100gm looks like and kinda know what about 10gm looks like, so made an educated guess to give it some body and colour.
