Hi to all, my buddy and I have been brewing from malt extract kits for some time now and are in the process of gathering kit to go over to grain. We've got a HLT and boiler, and are awaiting delivery of a mash tun, should be capable of 20 gallon brew lengths. I have converted part of my cellar to an air conditioned storage area (cooled to 12 degC). Looking forward to getting all the kit plumbed together and getting the first brew through! We are based in east Kent, any advice gratefully received.

Kind regards, Nat

Welcome. Sounds like your going to have quite a set up.....

my air conditioning means me leaving the garage door open !

Many thanks for the warm welcome! Had a bit of luck last night, went to try out a newly opened micro-pub and got chatting to a chap who kindly donated 6 stainless firkins to the cause :thumb:

I did enquire as to whether anyone might come looking for them and was assured they are legitimate, there are no brewery markings on them. I will TRY to post some pics when set up is finished, but the only camera I own is on my 'phone and I am legendarilly inept with computers
