Hello everyone
I have just taken up home brewing recently, and must admit that I seem to be getting hooked.
my first attempt was a Woodforde headcracker, which turned out fine, since then, I have added a magnum cider (wee bit sour to be honest) and a strawberry cider, St Peter pale ale, whispering wheat beer (all conditioning just now), and I have a ginger beer, cerveza, brewferm grand cru and a coopers lager fermenting just now.
I found this forum the other day, and was very impressed, there are threads and posts detailing many of the issues and problems I am having.
I have loads to learn from you guys, but I am enjoying the journey so far. :thumb:
