As the darker nights and foggy mornings remind us that Winter isn't so far away, I've started thinking about our NYE party.

I thought I'd break away from the tradition of sparkling wine and Champagne and treat my guests to some homemade Perry or Cider.

I'm looking for something with a nice fizz and clean, crisp flavour. Does anyone have any kit recommendations?

Thanks in advance

I have made lots of Wilko cider and pear cider kits and they have always gone down well, not sure if that's what you're looking for.

I've made a few Ritchies 'On the rocks' kits and they've been OK, think they have a spiced apple variety too

I don't make cider from kits any more mind you, I prefer the results from making it from all supermarket apple juice cartons. Works out similar in price too !
