I look forward to having more fun and avoiding some errors as a result of consulting you.
I am ordering my first wine kits as well as putting together a kegerator with two corny kegs -- to avoid the faf of bottling -- and to have taps with sparkling white wine and cider in my kitchen. I hope to make some red wine too to keg as well eventually, at room temperature in the same low pressure CO2 system. After that, I do like a lambic with lots of fruit and the occasional wheat beer or dry hopped IPA, so I could be convinced to venture out toward beer territory,
I am an idiot and will be screwing stuff up spectacularly.
