new to homebrewing

hi there guys im new to homebrewing, ive made in the last 4 mnths coopers lager, on the rocks strawberry cider, st peters ruby red ale and last night set off the headcracker kit. Has anyone got an ideas for making a flavoured lager e.g honey flavoured ? what ratio of honey and suger etc. Plus what other types of lager brewing yeast i could use ? ive watched craig tube on you tube and well impressed. thanks again : cheers:

the proper lager yeast usually require fermentation at a low temp, and then 'lagering' which is storing the beer at 2 degrees for a few months im sure, something you probably wont be doing with a standard lager kit. the yeast that comes with the coopers kits etc is a standard ale yeast, you could possibly try using safale 04 or 05 first to see if that improves your beer, but i doubt using lager yeasts with the kits is worth it.
