Hello
I live in Somerset England
I used to brew wine big time 20 years ago ( I kept a cellar full!) but haven't for many years and have just started again last year. I seem to have lost some of the skills and some of my brews have been rubbish :sick: and I don't know why, so have joined here to get help where I can! I brew garden and hedgerow wines and try not to use grape concentrate for fruit wines. I like to experiment - my best wine last year was hawthorn

It's the other way around with me, used to brew, took quite a long break, but with the benefits of the interweb my wines are so much better now than anything I used to make, so if we can help we will.
