new brewery

Good news my local pub has decided to start brewing there own beer. And I have volunteered my services to help out. Can't wait to get cracking the land lord used to brew for the firkin pubs so I'm sure I'll learn a lot.
If anyone is interested check out the steaming billy website I'm sure they will be some info on there soon.

Its the cow and plough in oadby / stoughton the old farm park good pub
one of my old haunts before I moved from oadby to the city I recommend the western though if you ever make it down we could have a beer and a home brew chat

Nice news that! Steamin' Billy have bought a pub just down the road from me (Horse and Trumpet in Sileby)... Looking forward to going to it. Never been to one before, but a few people mentioned them since they bought the pub here. Supposed to be really good, so can't wait till they finished refurbishing it. Will have to just persuade misses and little one to go From what I seen tho, they do sound like they have good beer on tap, so that's always a good'un
