Hi guys, just like to start of with saying great job with the forum, it looks excellent! I'm very new to brewing (2 weeks) and thats just how long ago the thought came into my head lol. I remembered watching my uncle brew his own wine and it used to just sit on his fireplace and bubble away for 6-8weeks and apon remembering that I thought that it was something i would be interested in starting. I'm a complete noob when it comes to it and tbh have absolutely no idea what to do (thats why im here) so far I have only been looking at equipment and basic starter kits. Now that ive joined the group I hope to start reading about the actual process and learn from you guys and then hopefully be in a position to help others like myself further down the line in the future. Thanks guys. I look forward to chatting around the forums.
