Greetings everyone, I'm Paul from sunny Dundee :cheers:

Just started my first brew the other day and have been reading alot online, not expecting miracles with my first attempt but something drinkable would be nice!

I bought a coopers lager kit and it appears to be fermenting away nicely so far, plenty of froth and my aquarium heater is keeping it at a steady 23C. Already tempted to buy another FV and different beer kit so i'm nicely stocked for the festive season! :party:

Cheers, I just ordered a mexican cerveza kit to brew up next once the lager has been bottled. I think 80 pints should last a little while to start off :D
