New boil pan

So, it happened, my wife gave me the go ahead to buy a nice pan for boiling in. 30 litre one from brew builder. I should think it'd be useful for extract brewing or BIAB. :thumb:

Is that the high end or cheap version? Looks decent i like the shape of the lid.

It's the cheaper version (£53 delivered). Figured it'd do the job, hopefully, as I'll be using it on a gas hob rather than an induction hob.

Thinking of one but don't have the confidence to drill and fit a tap myself.

A pan that size I'd take the KISS approach and just tip the entire lot over a kitchien strainer or sython it out. Not gonna be as awkward as the bigger pans

Don't think the handles in these pots (assuming it's a Bergland one) are designed to lifted when full.
