New AG Brewer from Norwich

Hi all.

My name's Richard and having done several kit brews am almost ready for my first AG brew.

Am going to follow BrewStew's first AG guide, but am going to make this:

Have scaled the quantities up to 23l using Beersmith.

At the looks of the link. It's not too far off the how to do a simple All grain on here. Just citra instead of Kent Golding's. You'll have to let me know what it's like with the different hops as i did the same but with fuggles
